Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
  • During periods of high demand, promotional events, or holidays, processing may require additional time.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent automatically.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after processing has been completed.

  • Italy: 6–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 8–18 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Chadylux may offer promotional free shipping campaigns. Any applicable shipping discounts will automatically appear during checkout.

Order Tracking

Every shipped order includes tracking whenever available.

Customers receive a tracking number by email once the shipment has been dispatched. Tracking updates may require 2–5 business days before appearing in the carrier's system.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • delivery delays may occur;
  • additional shipping charges may apply;
  • orders returned by the carrier may require payment of a new shipping fee before reshipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT, or local taxes depending on the destination country's regulations.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer whenever applicable.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted logistics partners, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • customs inspections;
  • severe weather;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • public holidays;
  • carrier delays.

Such events do not automatically qualify for refunds while the shipment remains in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives visibly damaged:

  • contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date;
  • include your order number and photographs where applicable.

Our support team will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages to ensure faster fulfillment.

No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.
